Refund policy
Returns and Cancellation Policy.
We aim to meet your expectations and that you are satisfied with all your purchases from our store.
Due to the nature of our service, unfortunately, garments that are individually personalised are not eligible for exchange or refund.
To ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase:
- Please check our size guide if you are not sure about your size. The hoodies and fleece jackets are of unisex fit.
- Size charts are included in the additional photos of each product. Sizing varies greatly from brand to brand and no one brand is "True to Size".

For garments that are not personalised, should you need to return or exchange, you can contact us at rainbowstitchdesigns@gmail.com. You then have 14 days from the date you receive the item to return it to us.
Order Cancellation.
An order can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders when unable to communicate with the customer. Once you receive the digitised version of the design, all cancelled orders will be subject to 5% fee that will not be refunded.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will ask for it to be returned for inspection or send us an e-mail with photographic evidence.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
