Shipping policy

Order Processing Time: Typical order processing time is 7-10 business working days.  We will be sending the digitised version of your design within 72 hours or your purchase. However, when we receive a group or large amount of order, please allow up to 10 - 14 days for your order to be digitised, embroidered, packed and shipped. We will always complete orders as quickly and as safely as possible.

Multiple Orders: We will offer 3% discount for orders of more than 10 garments plus free shipping for orders more than £200.00. We will combine multiple orders and will refund the excess postage charges. Please leave us a message that you have multiple orders pending so we know to combine. Please ensure that there is only one person ordering and one designated shipping address.

Shipping & Handling:

  • All goods are subject to availability.
  • As we are a small business, we do our best to figure shipping costs appropriately. we will refund excess shipping charges at our discretion. We do charge a very small handling fee to cover for all packaging supplies needed to get your order to you safely. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Currently our shipping cost are determined by cost of order. Orders weighing more than 5 kg will be sent via DPD.
  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us by telephone within 48 hours and in writing within 3 working days of dispatch. if there are shortages, the  item is defective or has production errors, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will ask for it to be returned for inspection or send us an e-mail with photographic evidence. Shortages must be supported by the delivery company's POD or signed confirmation of delivery. 
  • We will make every effort to deliver your orders on time but we hold no responsibility for late or non-delivery.
  • Please take special note that we are not responsible for a package that has been shown delivered by the delivery company but is missing to you. Rainbow Stitch Embroidery holds no responsibility for items which may be damaged or lost when customers have requested items to be left in specific collection locations by delivery companies e.g. Behind Bin or Porch. 
  • If you believe that your package is legitimately missing via the delivery companies, please contact the delivery company as they are better equipped to locate your package. 
  • Please understand that we are a small business where the policy provided is not to remove ourselves from liability but is the result of the fact that we also have no recourse to resolve the situation in locating your package or financially. Production at our level is very costly and the time and effort we put into your garments are also very valuable.
  • We will do anything within our capabilities to help resolve any issue and will work in your behalf to resolve any situation that may arise. We will file a claim on your behalf but we will need proof and documentation from the customer to file the claim.
