Our embroidery designs are for all the staff who looks after our animal best friends. The designs are colourful, beautiful and stands out in contrast to the garment. All of our designs can be modified to your preference and departments.

Personalisation details including NHS are free of charge as part of one design.

d. I will send the digitised version of the design within 72 hours of your order. Please confirm the digitised version of the design as soon as you can. We will embroider and dispatch as soon as you confirmed the design.
e. As each jacket is embroidered individually when you order it, please allow 7-10 business days for us to make and ship it to you. Thank you!

This garment is on the bigger side. For reference I'm 5' and Size 14-16, the SMALL size fits me very well. My husband who is 5'11" and size 42 chest fits the size MEDIUM nicely.

Before washing, always look at the care label and carefully follow the instructions. Most good quality detergents, washing machines and fabrics are manufactured to ensure that when the stated instructions are adhered to and the garment is washed according to the said temperature and dried as per the procedures mentioned; they will wash well and look good after each wash.
The following points should be used as guidelines for all garments:
Before washing, close all zips, undo buttons, check pockets for loose or sharp objects, flatten out collars and cuffs.
Always refer to the Label before Washing.
Always check to ensure the Washing Machine is not overloaded.
Use a good quality detergent and ensure that the right amount of detergent is used.
- 60 Degree Wash: Spin Cotton Cycle

- Low Heat – avoid Ironing if possible. The iron can mark the fabric.

Order Processing Time: Typical order processing time is 7-10 business working days. We will be sending the digitised version of your design within 72 hours or your purchase. However, when we receive a group or large amount of order, please allow up to 10 - 14 days for your order to be digitised, embroidered, packed and shipped. We will always complete orders as quickly and as safely as possible.
Multiple Orders: We offer discount codes for repeat buyers, and automatic discounts for orders of more than 5 garments plus free shipping for orders more than £200.00. We can combine shipping for multiple orders. Please leave us a message that you have multiple orders pending so we know to combine. Please ensure that there is only one person ordering and one designated shipping address.
Shipping & Handling:
- All goods are subject to availability.
- As we are a small business, we do our best to figure shipping costs appropriately. we will refund excess shipping charges at our discretion. We do charge a very small handling fee to cover for all packaging supplies needed to get your order to you safely. We appreciate your understanding.
- Currently our shipping cost are determined by cost of orders.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us by telephone within 48 hours and in writing within 3 working days of dispatch. if there are shortages, the item is defective or has production errors, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will ask for it to be returned for inspection or send us an e-mail with photographic evidence. Shortages must be supported by the delivery company's POD or signed confirmation of delivery.Â
- We will make every effort to deliver your orders on time but we hold no responsibility for late or non-delivery.
- Please take special note that we are not responsible for a package that has been shown delivered by the delivery company but is missing to you. Rainbow Stitch Embroidery holds no responsibility for items which may be damaged or lost when customers have requested items to be left in specific collection locations by delivery companies e.g. Behind Bin or Porch.Â
- If you believe that your package is legitimately missing via the delivery companies, please contact the delivery company as they are better equipped to locate your package.Â
- Please understand that we are a small business where the policy provided is not to remove ourselves from liability but is the result of the fact that we also have no recourse to resolve the situation in locating your package or financially. Production at our level is very costly and the time and effort we put into your garments are also very valuable.
- We will do anything within our capabilities to help resolve any issue and will work in your behalf to resolve any situation that may arise. We will file a claim on your behalf but we will need proof and documentation from the customer to file the claim.
Returns and Cancellation Policy.
We aim to meet your expectations and that you are satisfied with all your purchases from our store.
Due to the nature of our service, unfortunately, garments that are individually personalised are not eligible for exchange or refund.
To ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase:
- Please check our size guide if you are not sure about your size. The hoodies and fleece jackets are of unisex fit.
- Size charts are included in the additional photos of each product. Sizing varies greatly from brand to brand and no one brand is "True to Size".

For garments that are not personalised, should you need to return or exchange, you can contact us at rainbowstitchdesigns@gmail.com. You then have 14 days from the date you receive the item to return it to us.Â
Order Cancellation.
An order can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or adjust any orders when unable to communicate with the customer. Once you receive the digitised version of the design, all cancelled orders will be subject to 5% fee that will not be refunded.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will ask for it to be returned for inspection or send us an e-mail with photographic evidence.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
